We just purchased our 2020 Infinit QX60 at Don Franklin from Josh Fite! It was a wonderful experience. We called Josh (on his evening off) and told him what we were looking for and he had it on the lot, detailed and ready for us the following morning! After the test drive I knew we wanted it, left and returned in a few hours and he had us ready to go! Lawrence Washington was a great help as well! You can't go wrong buying from Josh Fite!

Lincoln was awesome from start to finish. We had a certain amount of boxes we needed to have checked for our vehicle we wanted to buy. Lincoln listened and didn't try to push something we didn't want off on us. He worked very hard and got us the perfect vehicle. Let me first state that everyone who was unfortunate enough to read Bill Slone's review that he is absolutely full of it. I was in the car business over a decade doing everything from sales, to management, and even finance. Don Franklin Mitsubishi were great to work with. Conner was my salesperson and I wish he was one of the many I trained over the years. Conner is straight up, not pushy, and honestly breaks the old mold of the used car salesman that annoyed many of us. The sales manager was also great, the finance manager was dead on with what was needed, and I wouldn't deal with another dealership in Central Kentucky if I didn't work there. Back to Billy Slone, I have dealt with folks like this over and over so many times. Car prices now, especially a Mitsubishi are reasonable before the internet price. Some people imagine that nobody at the dealership should make a profit, pay staff, or even pay bills. I personally wanted the folks at Don Franklin to make a profit because they earned it. That internet price is always a certain model, when people start looking they want an upgraded model for the same price, it doesn't work that way, and frankly shouldn't. The entitlement of wanting a decked out limited model for base model price is absurd. You don't go to Walmart and ask for a top of the line Samsung TV for the price of a bottom of the spectrum ONN TV. More than anything the internet price does not include tax, title, DOC fee, and none of that is free. Don Franklin has to pay advertising costs, prep costs, staff costs, and more. Their DOC fee is actually a lot cheaper than most places. As someone who knows the business inside and out I think that Don Franklin from greeting to signing papers is a class act orginazation. BTW that key Billy Slone took home probably cost $300 to $500 on a Mitsubishi but I'm not for sure on that. He also didn't let us know in his nonsensical review if he was even credit worthy, income worthy, and more. No bank or even mortgage company can guarantee you a interest rate based on what you think your credit is. I know of highly paid individuals that can't pay their bills because they owe more than they are worth. Might have a 750 credit score but qualify for $200 a month payment with a $5000 down payment. Thats up to the finance companies and not the dealership. I give Don Franklin a ton of credit for even trying to work with that bad review guy. At my old Toyota dealership we would have advised him to shop elsewhere and asked him to leave. Anyway, awesome group, I absolutely recommend them, and Conner will seriously treat you the way you should be treated. I looked for this model Lincoln Hybrid all over the US and Don Franklin had it at another dealership somewhere far away in Kentucky but shipped it to the Nicholasville location so it would be easier for me. Finally they do give top trade dollar as they paid my Lincoln MKC off completely which even I thought they overpaid for. Goodloe

Lincoln is great at what he does. He's always been able to find exactly what I'm looking for and his closing process is very thorough. He always delivers on his promise and I'll never use anybody else but him.

I was referred to their service department by a friend for transmission work on our Nissan Pathfinder. Several unfortunate events happened over multiple trips to have our vehicle repaired at their shop. The short story is that Brandon, the service manager for the Don Franklin family of dealerships worked together with the sales team Brad, Conner, Scott and Lawrence to find us a late model Ford Explorer that my wife loves as a replacement. Thank you for working with us through the difficult process; we appreciate your time and patience.

Great service department

My husband and I just purchased a vehicle at Don Franklin Mitsubishi. We had a great experience working with Conner Free. He was very attentive to what we wanted and worked hard to find it for us at a great price. Impressed!! We highly recommend Conner to anyone searching for a vehicle. Easy process, no pressure sales, and this dealership doesn't add ridiculous "market adjustments" on top of the MSRP.

This is the place! After trying to get help at two of the local Nissan dealerships on an issue with my Nissan Maxima, This Mitsubishi dealer ship went above and beyond to help me, even though it was not a Mitsubishi! The service advisor Chad Williams is very polite and understood my frustrations with the other places, Got my car in and out in 1.5 hours when the other places wanted to keep it overnight! Mitsubishi Service for my Nissan from now till forever! Thanks Don Franklin Mitsubishi!

I cannot say enough about the experience I had shopping for a car at Don Franklin Mitsubishi! Brad immediately made me feel comfortable and confident about finding the right car for me, keeping in mind I wasn’t set on anything yet. I turned out finding exactly what I was looking for after test driving multiple cars and we were able to quickly work out a deal to fit my budget. Everyone on the floor was friendly and attentive. My husband took his 2014 GMC pickup in today for an oil change and anything else that they thought needed to be done. He bought the truck new at Don Franklin GMC on Richmond Road. We live closer to Don Franklin Mitsubishi on Nicholasville Road. Chad could not have been nicer and took care of seeing the oil was changed. They are very professional, and kind. They checked all filters, tires and brakes. They said nothing else needed to be done. Not many dealerships would have said that. They are very honest and a pleasure to deal with.

The service & care I have received since buying my vehicle from Don Franklin in Nicholasville is top of the line. I’m treated like family, they listen to my concerns, advise me on when I need to start planning for larger repairs, such as tires or brakes. I’ll never buy any where else again! LT & Chad are terrific.

Looking for a specific model of car so was shopping online from out of state. My first obstacle was getting anyone to take seriously the fact that I was serious about buying a car. Saw a Mitsubishi I was interested in on the website. Inquired about the vehicle and was introduced to the Internet Sales Manager....Lincoln Stoltz. I went the following day to the dealership to meet him and test drive the vehicle. Lincoln was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered my many questions and took me on a test drive of the car. Brad Lovitz was very helpful in finding a vehicle that would suit me and stay within my budget. I chose what I wanted and am pleased!

When I called to get my vehicle recall replaced they quickly fit me into a very busy schedule. Once I was there they were so kind and upfront with me. They took a look at the whole vehicle and showed me a belt was full of cracks. This saved me money. They also helped put back an airbag cover. Their entire staff was kind and helped explain exactly what was happening with my vehicle. I will definitely only trust them to service my vehicle in the future.
