Great experience at Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealing with Lincoln Stoltz the day of the purchase. Up until then I had been working with another salesman, Brian, to get the deal setup. Both of these gentlemen were great. The dealership is in Nicholasville, KY so you get that small town treatment. I would highly advise giving this dealership a try for any make or model vehicle!

From the start I was very impressed by Conner Free’s hospitality and truthfulness. I told him my situation and what I was looking for and he came through 125%. I was not blindsided by anything when I got an amazing car at a good price. Conner even came personally to pick me up to get me to the deal in time for me. I have never had customer service the way Conner, the finance man Lawerence, and Don Franklin Mitsubishi have provided. I definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a new vehicle.

The service department at Don Franklin Mitsubishi is awesome! The guys are top notch and super helpful. I used to cringe when I thought about taking my vehicles to a dealership for service because they are always so expensive, but at Don Franklin we've been pleasantly surprised at their competitive pricing. With the Don Franklin dealership network they are able to service virtually any make/model.
The experience we had with the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership was great. Beyond the available cars in their lot we had extra access to a plethora of other vehicles within their network. This made the car buying experience much better. Josh Fite was outstanding and helpful in making sure we had the right car for us and met all of our needs. Shay was also extremely helpful in getting our new car delivered to the dealership and ready for our test drive and buying process.

We just purchased our 2020 Infinit QX60 at Don Franklin from Josh Fite! It was a wonderful experience. We called Josh (on his evening off) and told him what we were looking for and he had it on the lot, detailed and ready for us the following morning! I was referred to their service department by a friend for transmission work on our Nissan Pathfinder. Several unfortunate events happened over multiple trips to have our vehicle repaired at their shop. I walked in late one night and was met by Lawrence, the Financial Director. He was extremely helpful and clear with all information. Decided to pull the trigger the next morning. They delivered my new vehicle (an hour and a half away from the dealership) by early afternoon. Hands down the easiest and pain free experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I’ve since been back for some routine maintenance and had another wonderful experience. The Service Department crew are very friendly and time efficient. These guys definitely know what they’re doing. Can’t recommend them ...
This is the place! After trying to get help at two of the local Nissan dealerships on an issue with my Nissan Maxima, This Mitsubishi dealer ship went above and beyond to help me, even though it was not a Mitsubishi! The service advisor Chad Williams is very polite and understood my frustrations with the other places, Got my car in and out in 1.5 hours when the other places wanted to keep it overnight! My husband took his 2014 GMC pickup in today for an oil change and anything else that they thought needed to be done. He bought the truck new at Don Franklin GMC on Richmond Road. We live closer to Don Franklin Mitsubishi on Nicholasville Road. Chad could not have been nicer and took care of seeing the oil was changed. They are very professional, and kind. They checked all filters, tires and brakes. They said nothing else needed to be done. Not many dealerships would have said that. They are very honest and a pleasure to deal with.
